Mother of Pearls is recognized as an industry leader by its peers and certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by the State of Indiana. The agency was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America with an Award of Excellence at its annual Silver Anvil Awards in 2016. The PRSA Hoosier Chapter also honored Mother of Pearls with Best of Show at its Pinnacle Awards in 2022 as well as a Pinnacle Award in 2018 and an Award of Honor in 2016. Scott and Tammy Sander have also been decorated with more than a dozen Emmy awards, in addition to accolades from the Associated Press and Colorado Broadcaster's Association. Tammy is also the recipient of the coveted Edward R. Murrow Award from the Radio Television Digital News Association.
